Last Friday, Pedraz ordered the precautionary suspension of the instant messaging application following a complaint filed by Mediaset, Atresmedia and Movistar Plus+ for alleged unauthorized use of audiovisual content subject to copyright. A day later, on Saturday, the judge gave the Spanish operators three hours so that, upon receipt of their communication, they could proceed to suspend the resources associated with the application. Legal sources have explained that, however, the magistrate did not execute that request, and that it is awaiting the required report.
This Monday, Esther’s ex agreed to suspend the execution of the blocking of the application while waiting for the report that he has requested from the General Information Commissioner’s Office on the impact that this measure may have. On the other hand, his personal life is now shared with the mother of his fourth child, Elena Hormigos, with whom he became a father last November, at the age of 64.
