Attention

How to activate or deactivate VoLTE on iPhone
1. Access the iOS Settings and open the Cellular menu

Why does the VoLTE icon not appear on my cell phone?
Most two Android smartphones display the VoLTE icon in the top bar. If the indicator does not appear, check to see if you are in a location with 4G coverage and whether your operator offers technology for your mobile plan.
No iPhone has any indication in the status bar about VoLTE availability.
The easiest way to know if VoLTE is active on your smartphone is to check if the interface shows the 4G, 4G+, 4.5G or 5G icons during connections. If during a connection the signal displays H+, H, 3G or appears without the technology indicator, it means that VoLTE is not working.
The VoLTE icon is also not displayed if you are using the active Wi-Fi calling service. In this case, the displayed icon is WiFi Voice, VoWiFi or a phone symbol in conjunction with a Wi-Fi signal.

If you are in the 4G coverage area, or VoLTE is active on your cell phone and still supports continuous connections via 3G or 2G, it is important to verify whether the operator has restrictions for the use of VoLTE that require manual activation.
Some operators, such as Claro, limit VoLTE technology to customers with a post-paid plan — they use control, pre-paid or Claro Flex, the only way to make calls through 3G or 2G networks.
It is also possible that your region faces problems with mobile networks. In this case, it is important to activate the operator's support to solve the fault.
Finally, make sure that your operator has a cell phone approved to work with VoLTE technology. Models imported or not sold in Brazil may not work with calls via 4G due to lack of certification of the televisions.
