Brock Lesnar spoke about Paul Heyman during a recent conversation with his longtime friend/UFC “rival” Daniel Cormier over WrestleMania 39 weekend.

Lesnar still can’t believe he started wrestling with Heyman by his side and the two continue to break barriers in WWE to this day.

It’s been a crazy ride, when you think about it. I went into this business with Paul Heyman as my spokesperson. Here I am, 23 years later, and with my own cane. So it’s crazy how things have evolved.

Sticking to the Heyman theme, the multi-time champion says his former defender wears many hats in WWE and the industry as a whole wouldn’t be what it is today without him.

Without Paul Heyman, this business would not be what it is. It really wouldn’t be, especially in the last year. Paul behind the scenes wears, makes and wears many hats for this company. He is highly respected and highly appreciated.

Lesnar is currently involved in a feud with Cody Rhodes after he attacked The American Nightmare on Monday’s edition of Raw.
