FC Barcelona could have a new and special sponsor ahead of the Classic against Real Madrid on October 29. According to RAC1, the logo of the legendary rock band The Rolling Stones will appear on the Blaugrana shirt instead of the Spotify logo, the team’s main sponsor.
Although it is not an official change of sponsor, this striking change is part of the agreement with the Spotify company. This will be the third musical logo that will be seen on the culé shirt in a Clásico.
Singer Drake’s owl and Rosalía’s Motomami were the other two changes in the Barcelona shirt, in the classics on October 16, 2022 and March 19, 2023, respectively.

The choice of the Rolling Stones would be motivated by the presentation of a new album by the English band after 18 years without releasing unreleased material, specifically since 2005.
The title of this latest album is “Hackney Diamonds” and the British band announced this new project at an event in which Mick Jagger, Keith Richards and Ronnie Wood participated along with presenter and comedian Jimmy Fallon.
As FC Barcelona already explained at the time, “the alliance with Spotify went beyond a commercial relationship, as has been said on many occasions, it is a strategic relationship with which we seek to unite two worlds capable of awakening emotions such as music and football”.
