Carlito has not yet made his return to WWE, despite the fact that he signed with the company.
Following his appearance at Backlash 2023, it was reported that Carlito was set to accept an offer from WWE. In fact, in early July, it was reported that he had indeed done so. However, since then there has been very little information about him or his activity at the company.
According to the report by Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, the reason Carlito has yet to make his return to television is simply because the company has not developed any creative plans for him at this time.

We will be watching to see if WWE develops plans for Carlito in the future. The possible incorporation of him to LWO and his potential to strengthen the interest of the Latino public in the company’s product could be interesting strategies if WWE decides to take advantage of his return effectively.
