The Mexican actress Kate del Castillo paid $5.4 million for a mansion in Encino, Los Angeles California. The purchase of this property is nothing more than proof of the successful professional career that he has maintained since he was 19 years old.

from the castle now owns a property that dates back to the 1980s and that it was built on a 0.4 acre lot.

The purchase of this mansion occurs shortly after the 50-year-old actress received $4.7 million for the house in Brentwood which he bought several years ago for $2.3 million.

Although the new property was built more than 40 years ago, it remains in immaculate condition thanks to a series of renovations carried out by its owners in recent years.

The actress, best known for starring in ‘La Reina del Sur’, now you will be able to enjoy a 5,552 square foot house distributed on two floors with five bedrooms, six bathrooms, hall, living room, main room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, office, theater room and other amenities.

From its interior it is worth mentioning the wooden floors, high ceilings with exposed beams, white oak walls, curved staircase and more. Another feature to highlight are its large windows, which offer impressive views from any part of the residence.
