This letter is a kind of permission for Federline to take his children, ages 17 and 16, to Hawaii. The move would also include Victoria Prince, the dancer’s current wife.
According to ‘TMZ’, the lawyer expects a response from Spears by the weekend. They also said that if the singer does not give permission to her children, Federline’s legal team will take the case to court. The idea is to move in July of this year.
Federline and Prince have chosen Hawaii as their destination because she has a job offer at a university and he has enough spaces to continue working. They assure that the two young people are very anxious and excited to move to the city.
