The Central Administrative Litigation Court number 2 of the National Court has denied the precautionary measure requested by Pedro Rocha regarding the two-year disqualification sanction imposed by the TAD, which begins to be enforced from this Tuesday, according to the report Iusport and confirmed this newspaper. Rocha is no longer president of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) and will not be able to stand for election, the process for which was scheduled to open on September 10 and end before the end of the year, as required by law.
The Extremaduran leader overstepped his functions when he chaired the management committee by dismissing the general secretary Andreu Camps on his own without consulting the other members. This is classified as a very serious offence, for which the TAD imposed a two-year ban on him. Rocha can still appeal the judge’s decision.
Developing news that will be expanded soon.
