Judge Delia Rodrigo has charged Pedro Rocha in the framework of Operation Brodie after he came to testify as a witness. The judge had summoned the Extremaduran leader after a letter from Miguel Ángel Galán, president of Cenafe, in which he denounced alleged obstruction of justice.
The federation did not comply with the judge’s documentation requirements and this triggered the aforementioned Brodie operation, which led to the search of the federation headquarters and the arrests of several federation leaders.
