It doesn’t matter how many debates and controversies have sprouted in recent months regarding the legitimacy or not of those known as nepo babies –children of celebrities who follow in their footsteps in the corresponding artistic discipline–, the new generation of young people with lineage is approaching the new season ready to take their rightful place by pedigree. With figures such as Dakota Johnson, Zoë Kravitz, John David Washington, Lily-Rose Depp or Maya Hawke already established in the industry, it is time to meet a new generation that already has the attention of the press, the curiosity of hundreds of thousands of followers on their social networks and the professional contacts derived from their surname. The latest to come out into the public eye is also one of the most reluctant to do so, but perhaps one of those with the greatest future: Coco Arquette.
At 19, very little is known about the daughter of Courteney Cox and David Arquette. She has been famous since before she was born, due to the long period of fertility treatments that the actress known for playing Monica Geller in Friends Cox has experienced it first hand. For example, Cox described it as “terrible” to have to film the scene in which Rachel (Jennifer Aniston) gives birth to a baby just after having had one of her own various miscarriages. After undergoing in vitro fertilization treatment, the couple’s first and only daughter was born, having met during the filming of scream in 1996 and had gotten married three years later. But if there is one thing that has made the young woman’s artistic concerns stand out in the headlines of the gossip press, it is her unquestionable vocal talent. Coco Arquette is a promising singer and she usually delights with her voice the guests who frequent the family mansion, with her mother always at the keyboard.
