Linen garments, summer dresses and sandals already fill the wardrobes of many of us, but with June just around the corner it’s time to take out the quintessential summer item: swimsuits.
It’s been a few years now
I changed bikinis for swimsuits And I couldn’t be happier with my decision. They fit much better, they’re more elegant, they’re more comfortable if – like me – you like to swim at the beach or in the pool, and best of all, they can also serve as a top if you wear them with jeans or a skirt.
And yes, I know you’re thinking that the tan doesn’t look the same as when you wear a bikini, but depending on the shape and model of the swimsuit, the marks it leaves are much more discreet and you run less risk of getting sunburned. For me,
everything is advantages.

This swimsuit from Zara with leopard print. The shape, with a square neckline and wide straps, couldn’t be more flattering (€29.95).
