Kory Clemens, son of New York Yankees legend Roger Clemens, sand is in trouble with the law after being arrested after being under the influence of alcohol and causing a traffic accident.
According to the exclusive of the portal TMZ SportsKory, the eldest of Clemens’ four children, is in serious trouble when he was arrested by the Houston Police in Texas at dawn on April 7. for being intoxicated and after a crash that, although it did not leave any injuries, did considerably damage the vehicle of the other person involved.
The report also claimed that Kory was vomiting. when the police arrived at the scene and that he was “unsteady on his feet”, as well as slurring his words, tripping over his surroundings and having blood red eyes.
However, the document to which the outlet had access also indicated that a few hours later he was released on bailalthough the amount was not specified.
Although he is free, the case is followed by a judge and next Friday you must attend a hearing in a local court to hear your respective sanction or dismissal of the charges that weigh on him.
This is not the first time that the son of the multiple Cy Young winner has been involved. In May 2019, he was also arrested by the Houston Police for driving at dawn while intoxicated.
Despite this, the charges were dropped by the prosecution after the 34-year-old man entered a program for alcoholics in the days before the trial.
