2023 has been the year of the return of Rihanna. Her first big appearance was at the Super Bowl, the same show in which she also revealed that she was expecting her second child.
The days before the big sporting event, which was held in Arizona, the singer and her partner A$AP Rocky rented a large mansion in Paradise Valley for $500,000 dollars.
The identity of the owner of the mansion where the world star lived for a few days was recently revealed. The man His name is Spyro Malaspinas and he is an expert in cybersecurity.
According to ‘The Wall Street Journal’, Malaspinas bought this residence in 2022 for $7.3 million dollars and at no time did he intend to take money out of the place through rentals.
Apparently this man agreed to rent the place to Rihanna after a firm approached him and proposed this business. In the first moment Malaspinas did not know that his tenant would be nothing more and nothing less than Rihanna.
The man assures that his daughter was very excited to have the global star in the house and also this rent helped Malaspinas to pay two years of the mortgage with which he acquired the property.
At the time it was said that the mansion has an extension of 6,434 square feet distributed on one floor with five bedrooms, five bathrooms, hall, living room, main room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, wine cellar, gym, office and other amenities.
Outside, the property has extensive green areas with a terrace, pickleball court, barbecue area, bar and other ideal spaces to enjoy the outdoors.
It is unknown if the man will take the opportunity to offer the property for rent to other people, noting that this music star slept in his rooms for several days.
