The Argentine footballer, Maximiliano Meza, has become one of the most important figures within Rayados de Monterrey in the Liga MX, Therefore, the team is quite interested in getting his contract renewed to be able to have him within their ranks for the next tournaments and thus have a competitive team with which to fight for the title of champion.
Despite this interest on the part of ‘La Pandilla’, Meza’s agreement with the Aztec institution depends exclusively on the player’s representatives, who will be in charge of determining the best option for him in the face of the next transfer market.
The information about this fact was announced by journalist Willie González on the radio program RG La Deportiva, where he assured that the intention of Rayados de Monterrey is to extend Maxi Meza’s contract for three more seasons, this due to the trust that has received after the hiring of Fernando Ortiz as his technical director.
‘‘We are days away from closing, if Maxi Meza wants and if his representatives want Maxi Meza’s contract to be extended for three more years with the Monterrey Soccer Club… Maxi has two representatives, one sees what is legal, and the other sees what is emotional. Someone who works with him on the emotional side and someone on the legal side,” Willie said on the show.
Maximiliano Meza joined the ranks of Monterrey in 2018 under the orders of Javier Aguirre; With the coach he exploited his best potential and lost a bit of prominence during the technical direction of Víctor Manuel Vucetich.
”The negotiations are very advanced between Maxi and Monterrey. In a few more days we can have, and if everything fits, we can have the announcement of the renewal.”he highlighted.
