The Superior Court of Justice of the Canary Islands (TSJC) opened the investigations once the Civil Guard had delivered the report with its investigations.
Last week, three Castilla and Real Madrid C players were arrested at the Valdebebas Sports City and a fourth was charged, in all cases for a crime of revealing secrets.
These arrests of the footballers occurred after a woman in Gran Canaria reported that a video of sexual content of her daughter had been spread on WhatsApp.a 16-year-old teenager, while she was having a sexual relationship with a Real Madrid youth player whom she had met at the beginning of the summer at a beach club in the south of the island.
According to the complainant’s version, the sexual relations were consensual, but the victim did not authorize being recorded and even less so for the video to be spread from cell phone to cell phone.
The Superior Court of Justice of the Canary Islands specifies that in the case there are “two alleged victims”, as there is a second woman, also affected by those images, as reported by sources close to the case.
“It is foreseeable that the accused will be summoned” to testify for “crimes against privacy”added the TSJC.
