The first Thursday in April is National Burrito Day in the United States. To celebrate the love of burritos, some restaurants offer discounts and even free burritos. We review where you can take advantage of a promotion and enjoy this popular food of Mexican origin.
1.Chipotle
Chipotle is giving away 10,000 free burritos via Twitter. The chain is throwing codes around the clock for fans to text 888-22 for a chance to win a burrito.
Chipotle also has free delivery for burrito orders using the code “DELIVER”.
2. Del Taco
National Taco Burrito Day is offering a free burrito with a $10 purchase. Buyers must be registered with the Del Yeah rewards club. The offer is valid for one burrito per person.
3. Taco Bell
With a minimum order of $20, at Taco Bell you can get a free grilled cheese burrito. Cheese can be substituted for meat at a small cost. Purchase must be made through the app. The promotion is valid from April 6 to 9 and also applies to orders from DoorDash, Uber Eats, Postmates and Grubhub.
4. Rubio’s
This Thursday, Rubio’s Coastal Grill offers any of their burritos on the menu for $7.99; including ingredients like shrimp and the special chicken burrito. You can order more than one burrito and you don’t need to buy an additional one. Enter coupon code BURRITO at checkout on the website or through the app; in restaurants scan the QR code.
5. Crazy Chicken
To celebrate National Burrito Day, El Pollo Loco has a BOGO offer of buy one get one free for your rewards club members. Ordering through the El Pollo Loco app or website can also get free delivery.
6.Pokeworks
This Thursday, Pokeworks offers a $3 off the purchase of a regular Poke Your Way burrito with the code “BURRITO3” when purchasing through the Pokeworks application or through the website.
7. Pancheros
On National Burrito DayPancheros Mexican Grill will give away 10,000 free burritos. In order for customers to get a burrito, customers need to get the codes that the chain will share via Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
