The Formula 1 World Championship continues this Sunday with the Monaco Grand Prix, after a Saturday qualifying day with surprises. Max Verstappen, current champion and championship leader, had an incident with the walls on one of his laps and will start sixth on the grid. Charles Leclerc took advantage of the Dutchman’s stumble and took the pole position. Oscar Piastri will start second and Carlos Sainz third. The qualifying session was poor for Fernando Alonso and Checo Pérez, who will start sixteenth and eighteenth, respectively.
