Colin Farrell has another big mansion in Los Feliz.

The renowned Irish actor Colin Farrel has recently been in the news in the real estate market, thanks to the sale of a mansion in Los Feliz, California, which had belonged to him for 17 years.
Farrell sold the property to Ludwig Ahgren, who is a Twitch and YouTube star. The young man paid $5.3 million dollars to the actorwhich is $1 million more than the $4.3 million the Irishman paid for the venue in 2006.
Ahgren adds this property to a portfolio that includes two other California mansions. It should be noted that in 2021 it was revealed that the young man earned up to $3.3 million every two years through Twitch.
The sale was made in an agreement outside the market and there are no photos that show too many details of the property, since it was never officially put up for sale.
From the property it is known that It covers 0.27 acres and that its construction dates from the 20s. It is assumed that in recent years the house has had to undergo a series of renovations and maintenance that keep it standing.
Some specialized media also say that the property is quite humble and that from the street it does not look like the house of a movie superstar or digital platforms.
the main house has an extension of 3,938 square feet distributed in four bedrooms, four bathrooms, hall, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.
Outside, the property has green areas with walkways, a terrace, a swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen and other ideal spaces to enjoy the outdoors with family and friends.
