The website Drink reminder reports a massive recall of hot water bottles for children. These are Biosynex brand products, featuring Disney characters (Simba, Olaf, Nemo, Stitch or even Winnie the Pooh), and sold in pharmacies and parapharmacies between October 21, 2022 and February 15, 2023. These heating devices carry the lot number 20220730, and nine different barcodes depending on the model: 3532678594385, 3532678594392, 3532678594408, 3532678594415, 3532678594422, 3532678594439, 3532678594446, 35326785945392 or even 7.25035935

The cause of this massive recall is none other than a manufacturing anomaly exposing the consumer to a risk of burns or fire. It is therefore advisable for those who have recently purchased a hot water bottle of this type to no longer use it on the one hand, and on the other hand to bring the product back to the point of sale in order to get a refund.
