It was a close game until Tchouameni dared to shoot from the edge of the area, just returning from the break, and his shot deflected off the local defense before getting into Rajkovic’s goal, who could do nothing. The rest of the match went by with scoring chances for both teams, but Rajkovic’s reflexes and a spectacular flight by Lunin meant that the scoreboard did not move again. With this result, Madrid maintains its firm step in the League and can now focus on the second leg of the Champions League quarterfinals against Manchester City.
