“It is something inevitable in life and even something beautiful”… This is how Julián Figueroa spoke of death, who died this Sunday, April 9, at night in Mexico Cityafter suffering a massive and sudden heart attack.
These words were said a little over a year ago, in an exclusive interview conducted by ‘Despierta América’, in an activity carried out by the government of Mexico, to honor All Saints’ Day.
In this ‘shot’, because it was an activity with bicycles, Julián spoke about what death means for Mexico and for him: “What characterizes Mexico is this approach to death with a certain friendship, removing the veil of fear, and accepting it as something inevitable in life, and even as something beautiful”he said at the time.
Julián was accompanied by his wife Imelda and their little son, José Juliánwho this coming May 6th will be 6 years old, the first to celebrate his father.
Today those family moments, of happiness, where He also commented that everything he did was for his family, for his wife and his son, he is bathed in tragedy with this sudden deathsurprising and still difficult to understand for many.
Why difficult to understand? because it was about A healthy 28-year-old young man, with nothing to suggest this ending, was lying in his room, in his mother’s house, Maribel Guardia, and full of projects.
As we told you at the beginning, Julián passed away this Easter Sunday, while he was resting in his room, and his mother was at the theater. Maribel herself confirmed it with these words.
“I am sorry to have to announce the departure of my beloved son Julián Figueroa, who unfortunately was ahead of us on this plane.. They found him unconscious tonight in his room, while I was at the theater. They called 911 and when the ambulance and police arrived they found him dead.without any trace of violence. The medical part indicates that she died of an acute myocardial infarction and ventricular fibrillation.
I beg your understanding for the deep pain we are going through.I would like to talk to all the people who are trying to communicate, but I really don’t have the strength to do it yet. I beg everyone respect for our privacy and the painful moment we spent.
His funeral honors will be held in private, next to the people closest to him and who loved him the most.. I appreciate all the messages of support and love you have been sending me, but at this moment I have no soul to answer anyone; I hope I can do it another time.

As Maribel herself explains, her only son, whose father, Joan Sebastian, has been deceased for 8 years, he will not have a wake, and we can confirm that his body will be cremated, and the ashes will be transferred to his mother’s home where he died just a few hours ago.
