The former actress and fashion designer Jennifer Nicholson has decided it’s time to move on from his Pioneertown propertyCalifornia, so it recently entered the real estate market with a price tag of $3.7 million dollars.
Jennifer, also known for being the eldest daughter of actor and director Jack Nicholson and actress Sandra Knight, bought this 10 acre property several years ago for $525,000 dollars.

According to ‘Robb Report’, Jennifer said, “I was drawn to Pioneertown because it reminded me of the Western movie sets where I grew up watching my mom and dad work.”
