Important update on Shinsuke Nakamura and his return to television

News about Shinsuke Nakamura and when he would return to television.

Shinsuke Nakamura has been absent from WWE television shows since November 2022 when he lost in the first round of the SmackDown World Cup. Nakamura participated in several ‘live shows’ later and had the opportunity to fight The Great Muta on January 1 at NOAH. However, for unknown reasons, he has not appeared on television again.

PWInsider has reported in its ‘Elite’ section that Shinsuke Nakamura is scheduled to return to WWE’s weekly schedule soon and would continue to be on SmackDown. Nakamura was already present in Los Angeles last week to witness the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony.

The last months of 2022 were strange for Shinsuke Nakamura in WWE, since he could not find his ideal place on the billboard and, in addition, he was affected by the fact that a few months before, Rick Boogs, his teammate, was seriously injured. The Japanese superstar wrestled on NXT for one more night in October against Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo and disappeared from the schedule a month later.
