Hilary Swank gave birth this Sunday to her twins with her husband philip schneider.
“It was not easy. But boy (and girl!) was it worth it. Happy Easter! Posting from pure heaven”she captioned a photo on Instagram of herself holding her newborns as they watch a sunset.
The ‘Alaska Daily’ star, 48, did not reveal the children’s names or dates of birth.
Swank married Schneider in August 2018 and revealed four years later that they were starting a family.
“This is something I have been waiting for a long time”she said about her pregnancy during an appearance on Good Morning America in October 2022.
“The next thing I’m going to do is be a mom. And not just one but two”.
After telling Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest that she “felt great” later that day, the Oscar winner revealed her due date in an interview with Drew Barrymore.
“They have an expiration date for (my late father’s) birthday. I know. It’s like, wow”he said, referring to Stephen Swank, who was born on April 16.
Many stars celebrated the news of Hilary through social networks, from Kate Hudson to Hilarie Burton and Emmy Rossum.
