The 2024 Formula 1 season begins with the Bahrain Grand Prix. This is the first appointment of a course that will have 24 races, the longest in history. During the qualifying day, Max Verstappen scored the pole and the first will leave this Sunday, followed by Charles Leclerc and George Russell. The Spaniards Carlos Sainz and Fernando Alonso will start fourth and sixth, respectively, while the Mexican Checo Pérez will start from fifth place. One of the surprises so far has been the presence of Nico Hulkenberg inside the top-10, five places ahead of his teammate, Kevin Magnussen, who will start fifteenth.
