Disco Inferno says AEW must fire The Elite if they don’t want to work with CM Punk | #wwe #Aew | The USA Print

All Elite Wrestling is rumored to be heading towards a self-branded division, in the name of avoiding friction between CM Punk and The Elite.

In the last ” Keepin’ It 100 “Disco Inferno insisted that Tony Khan is not handling this situation well, and it is as simple as one of these warring sides must go.

“All the wrestlers in the past who are way more popular than The Elite never parted ways, they’ve figured things out and done business,” Inferno said.

So if they’re not willing to do business, bro, just let them go. That’s all. You are probably saving a ton of money. They also need to cut some costs. But if they’re not willing to work with Punk, then get rid of them. They are useless. You literally have a great angle here that will do good business for the company… and you’re saying ‘No, we don’t want to work.’ You finished! I have a good business that I can do with you and you say ‘no?’ Forget it. See you!”

Konnan, who worked alongside Disco Inferno in WCW, agreed that AEW President Tony Khan needs to find a way to get both sides on the same page.

“I think in WCW, where there were much bigger names and egos than AEW, you always work your shit out one way or another,” Konnan explained, “even if you got in the ring and they beat each other up.”

Konnan says that Omega and The Young Bucks are professionals, so clearly something major must have pissed them off, but the solution isn’t as easy as getting rid of one side of the argument.
