The eight best teams in Europe are going to know who their rivals will be for the Champions League quarterfinals. After defeating their rivals in the round of 16, they continue with the dream of lifting the trophy on June 1 at Wembley. Spain will have great representation in the draw: Real Madrid, Barcelona and Atlético are still in the fight after beating their opponents in the round of 16 tie. The Whites defeated RB Leipzig 2-1 on aggregate; The Blaugrana beat Naples 4-2 in total; and the red and whites came back against Inter Milan and took the victory on penalties (2-2 and 3-2 on penalties). The other Spanish team, Real Sociedad, could not beat PSG, with a 4-1 aggregate score.
The draw will be pure, that is, everyone will be able to compete against everyone without country restrictions. It will also be known what the draw will be like with the potential confrontations in the semifinals and final, that is, the teams will know who they could face if they overcome the tie.
When and where to watch the Champions League draw
The draw will take place on Friday, March 15, at 12:00 noon, at the House of European Football in Nyon (Switzerland). It can be followed live online through the UEFA website, as well as on television with Movistar+ on dials 7 and 60.
The first legs will be played on April 9 and 10, and the second legs on April 16 and 17.
