The strategist Carlo Ancelotti expressed this Sunday the importance of having a forward of the caliber like Joselu in the lead of Real Madrid, after the Spaniard sealed his team’s 2-1 victory against Real Sociedad with an unstoppable header.
In a press conference after the match, Ancelotti said that for the team Joselu represents a guarantee of a goal, ensuring that last season they did not have a natural header for crosses from the sides.
“Joselu is a guarantee, he is a player who plays very well from behind and from the front. He is very dangerous in the opposing area and has a fantastic header.. For us it is a guarantee and we know perfectly well what it can bring us,” she said at a press conference.
He later stressed the importance of the attacker because according to Ancelotti’s opinion there is no other player in the squad with his characteristics.
