The disease of Bruce Willis is moving forward at a firm and relentless pace and, in the last few hours, his wife, Emma Heming, shared a series of videos on her social networks in which she hinted that the actor can no longer express what he wants, thinks and feels through speech.

Bruce Willis, aged just 69, suffers from frontotemporal dementia, a neurodegenerative condition that was detected a few years ago and which progressively reduces his physical, motor and intellectual abilities. Today, surrounded by the love of his family, the Die Hard actor is inexorably declining.

While Heming did not explicitly address Willis’ loss of speech, he made it evident by publicizing an awareness and fundraising campaign being conducted by basketball player Spencer Cline and his brother-in-law as they cycle across the United States.

Mobilized by the initiative, the artist’s partner estimated what her husband would tell athletes as advice, making it clear that she cannot do it on her own: “I can only imagine what Bruce would say: ‘I hope you remember to hydrate.’ I support him. Stay strong and stay safe! I’m so proud of you.”

BRUCE WILLIS’ HAPPINESS ON THE BIRTH OF HIS GRANDDAUGHTER

Since Bruce Willis was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia and began to suffer from aphasia, his family has created a circle of support and care around him. In addition to his wife, Emma Heming, who has been with the actor for 16 years, his ex-partner, Demi Moore, plays an active role.

The American actress and her five daughters, Rummer, Scout, Evelyn, Mabel and Tallulah, look after Bruce side by side with Heming. And on May 14, 2023, Demi Moore shared on her social networks one of the last videos of the actor, where he appears happy, with his first granddaughter, Louetta, daughter of Rumer.
