A few days ago it was reported that the actor Brad Pitt had managed to sell his large residential complex in the Hollywood Hills, very close to Los Feliz. Now it has been said that after the sale she did not want to stay if properties in Los Angeles so she spent $ 5.5 million dollars in another mansion in the same area.
The most striking thing about this story is that Pitt sold his complex for $33 million to Aileen Getty and it was she herself who bought the new residence.
Pitt’s new property was bought by Getty in 2019 for $4.1 million, giving the oil heiress a significant profit. Another fact about the property is that formerly belonged to James Valentineguitarist for the American band Maroon 5.
This mansion is known as ‘Steel House’ and was built in the 60’s on a 0.29 acre lot, designed by architect Neil M. Johnson. The structure of the house stands out for the materials used for its construction: glass and steel.
Currently the property is in good condition and adapted to contemporary trends, this thanks to a series of renovations made by James Valentine when he owned the place. Pitt is also expected to invest more money in the residence, remembering that the actor is passionate about real estate.

Specialized media ensure that the property is a “tribute to the 60s.” Inside, details such as terrazzo floors, ceilings with exposed beams, glass walls, brightly colored furniture and more stand out.
Among all that stands out the most are the trees and plants outside the house, which can be seen from all the interior spaces thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. This gives the impression that you are living inside a forest or tropical jungle.
Outside there is a terrace, gardens, swimming pool and enough space to enjoy the sun with family and friends.
