AEW would reach MAX and begin holding 12 annual PPVs in 2024

AEW would be close to making major changes to its programming in 2024.

In recent months, it has been rumored that AEW could be coming to HBO MAX as part of a possible new television deal with Warner Bros. Discovery. In addition, the possibility of an extension of the annual PPV schedule was widely discussed. After weeks of silence on this matter, it seems that we are closer to all this ending up happening.

Through his X account, Andrew Zarian has commented that he feels quite confident in saying that AEW will begin holding 12 annual PPVs and that All Elite Wrestling will be on HBO MAX.

I feel confident saying that AEW will be on Max in 2024 and AEW will expand its PPV schedule to 12 a year.

For the past few years, the company’s standard annual schedule has consisted of four PPVs each year, although three more have now been added: All In, Forbidden Door (with NJPW) and WrestleDream. For now, there is no official announcement, but it seems that we will see changes in this aspect in All Elite Wrestling in the coming months.
