The Formula 1 World Championship is back after a few months of rest and new strategies for drivers and teams. Fernando Alonso, with positive feelings personally and collectively, will seek to achieve the long-awaited 33rd victory that has eluded him for more than ten years. The other Spanish driver, Carlos Sainz, will try to add more than a first place, which he achieved last year in Singapore. The two will have ahead of them a tremendous Max Verstappen, current undisputed World Cup champion, hungry to continue winning victories, and the Mexican Sergio ‘Czech’ Pérez, his teammate at Red Bull, who won two victories last year.
The Bahrain Grand Prix is the first of the 2024 World Championship, which this year will have 24 races. The previous year, he won the Verstappen trophy, with Pérez second, Alonso third and Sainz fourth. The Sakhir circuit, where 57 laps will be run, has a length of 6,299 meters, with 15 curves, six on the left and nine on the right.
