‘Who can kill a child?’
21.20, WE ARE
Spain, 1976 (106 minutes). Director: Narciso Ibáñez Serrador. Cast: Prunella Ransome, Lewis Flander, Antonio Iranzo.
Six years after The residence, Ibáñez Serrador shot this unusual horror film that fled from the genre’s codes and set the action on a bright Mediterranean island. Its precise staging and the exceptional music by Waldo de los Ríos enhance the unhealthy moments. It’s a shame that, although in the original version the main couple speaks in English and the locals in Spanish, the dubbing standardized the languages, which creates the feeling that the characters do not understand each other despite speaking the same language.
The most important families in history
22.00, La 2
This week, The flux capacitor The programme will look back at powerful families in history. The programme will discuss the incredible life of the Soong sisters, without whose influence it would be impossible to tell the story of China in the 20th century. It will also reflect on the value of blood and power, recall an event that pitted the noble families of the Kingdom of Castile against each other, and recount the fall of the Umayyads.
‘Zodiac’
22.00, Be Mad
USA, 2007 (158 minutes). Director: David Fincher. Starring: Jake Gyllenhaal, Mark Ruffalo, Robert Downey Jr.
David Fincher approaches the story of Zodiac, the serial killer who terrorized San Francisco in the late sixties. Fincher reconstructs the case and follows two agents and two journalists who obsessively investigate in search of the criminal. Monumental work, Zodiac moves halfway between the paths of thriller and those of the police chronicle and creates a prodigy of dramatic tension with austerity as a figure of style. A suffocating tapestry that delves into the motivations of characters as gloomy as they are tortured.
Fourth episode of the series ‘Between Lands’

The Serie Between lands, A drama set in rural Spain in the 1960s, it insists on surrounding its characters with conflicts. This episode tells how rumours about Llanos’ death spread through the town, even more so when, at the funeral, the deceased’s brother blames Manuel for her misfortune. In addition, the Civil Guard arrests Manuel himself in the cemetery.
