Channel 2 dedicates the night to the Goya Awards ceremony that takes place tomorrow and fills its programs with references to the awards Attention, works, Movie Days and General plane. On La 1, the magnificent film by Benito Zambrano will be present Outdoor. ‘Quiz show (The dilemma)’
17.40, TCM
USA, 1994 (128 minutes). Director: Robert Redford. Cast: Rob Morrow, John Turturro, Ralph Fiennes.
Robert Redford’s fourth film as a director was another surprise. With plenty of resources, the author creates a fierce diatribe against the power of television, using the scandal that was a case of fraud in the most popular television contest in the United States in the fifties. With a sober and unobtrusive visual packaging, and supported by a tightly constructed script and first-class acting (led by the Doctor in Alaska Rob Morrow), Redford offers a rebellious and committed film, which burns beneath its icy appearance.

‘Outdoor’

Spain, 2019 (103 minutes). Director: Benito Zambrano. Cast: Luis Tosar, Luis Callejo, Jaime López.
An immense plain, scorched by the sun, a child being chased and a man who protects him are the simple elements that Benito Zambrano uses to create a powerful and feverish work, which combines western, road movie and social drama. A work of fierce dramatic depth that calls for the honor of the underprivileged.
